NSW too sick for PM's cure

Summary


NSW have problem with health reforms due to hospital system insufficiency. So prime minster adopt a new funding system which would fund regional health. Some hospital satisfy, but inefficient hospitals can not cover their costs. For example Victoria has major cost saving
